Are you passionate about the premium fashion space and providing exceptional customer service? Are you ready to elevate your career in retail? HUGO BOSS Australia are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Store Manager to contribute to the success at our David Jones Chadstone location.

In this exciting role, you will partner with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate a team of Sales Consultants, deliver outstanding and authentic customer service and drive store performance. This opportunity is perfect for a career retailer looking to progress their career and skillset in a management capacity.

What you can expect:

Delivering genuine and authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving overall store and individual performance.
Identifying ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention
Management and completion of daily and weekly operational tasks and activities
Acting as a brand ambassador and leading by example to the team
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
Oversee stock management processes to ensure optimal stock levels

Your profile:

Demonstrated experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within a retail environment
Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results
Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience and situation
Familiarity with KPI's and how to drive these for ongoing success
A genuine love for the fashion industry and enthusiasm to share your styling expertise
Knowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivity
