Duties develop innovative business applications, enhance, maintain and support existing business software and applications, deliver projects on-time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality, collaborate with vendors and end-users to gather and define requirements, develop functional tests and carry out system documentations, preparation of training manuals for users, determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions, documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and code comments, prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming, improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in processes and procedures, deploy programs and evaluate user feedback, perform quality assurance testing, ensure business software is updated with latest features, testing and evaluating new technology.
