Description

We are looking for a switched-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the floor with energy, warmth, and hustle. We celebrate the spirit of Vietnamese food - fresh, vibrant, and full of soul - and we're after someone who brings that same passion to the table.

Work with a tight team, great customers, good banter, great service
Strong culture amongst the team, esp. around the advocacy of South East Asian cuisine and heritage
Variety in work across two venues, side by side
We are looking for someone to join our dining room team. If you can hustle, talk food and wine, engage in general banter, have an eye for detail and work in a smaller team then this role is for you!

 

 

The role --

Is a part-time role - 30 hours a week, Friday and Saturday night are a must.
Leading service like a pro and keeping standards sky-high
Supporting the restaurant manager in day-to-day operations
Training and mentoring a tight-knit, hospitality-driven team
Jumping in wherever needed with grace, grit, and a smile
Enables you to work alongside career hospitality professionals - we care about what we do and we hope you do, too

We would love to hear from you if you are --

A natural leader with at least 2 years’ hospitality experience in a hatted venue
Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
Obsessed with the guest experience
Organised, adaptable, and always up for a challenge

A dynamic team that juggles a Vietnamese restaurant and a banh mi shop, off-site events plus a couple of other exciting prospects in the pipeline
