Assistant Outlet Manager location City Hall / Clarke Quay, Central. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Manpower Access. Education Level Diploma. Responsible for smooth operational opening and closing of the outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service and follow sops, organize work flow, ensuring that the staffs are well-trained and well informed of their duties, attend to customers’ complaints attentively and implement the corrective actions as needed, ensure high levels of cleanliness & safety measures within the restaurant premises, ensuring all the purchasing and receiving of store supplies are correctly accounted for, handle paperwork and submission of reports to the f&b manager. Requirements min. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment,  good communication & possess strong leadership skills, able to commit on weekends, public holidays & rotating shifts. Other Information assigned to different outlets, based on operational needs, salary up to $3500 (excluding other incentives).
