Responsible for smooth operational opening and closing of the outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service and follow sops, organize work flow, ensuring that the staffs are well-trained and well informed of their duties, attend to customers’ complaints attentively and implement the corrective actions as needed, ensure high levels of cleanliness & safety measures within the restaurant premises, ensuring all the purchasing and receiving of store supplies are correctly accounted for, handle paperwork and submission of reports to the f&b manager. Requirements min. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment,  good communication & possess strong leadership skills, able to commit on weekends, public holidays & rotating shifts. Other Information assigned to different outlets, based on operational needs, salary up to $3500 (excluding other incentives).
