Roles & Responsibilities for for Customer Orders, Assign Job Orders to Driver and Operational issues. Monitor Job Orders, Track Status, Solve Problem faced by Drivers (Propose solutions and Execute upon approval by Manager). Track Key Performance Index of drivers and drive towards continual service improvement. Carry out root cause analysis/investigation and propose solutions to resolve strategic problems. Be backup driver in case of spike.

What you'll need to succeed a diploma in any discipline or O Level is > 5 years Fleet Management Experience. Good command in Chinese Language (serving Chinese Speaking customers). Hands-on person, always eager to learn and willing to manage employees. Process oriented (like to create processes) and good interpersonal skills. Willing to learn and work long hours until problem is resolved. RS provides one to one coaching to elevate management skills. RS supports offsite training to elevate administration and management skills.
