Helmed by award-winning sushi chef-owners Sky Tai Koon Siang and Leon Yap, Shinsora offers guests an intimate dining experience showcasing the skilled chefs working in seamless, close tandem.
We are looking for an assistant manager to deliver world class hospitality from the first interaction with the guest through to post-meal service. As an intimate 10 seat omakase restaurant, this team member will be responsible for being the direct connection between the restaurant, the concept, and the customer. Great communication skills are required. This opening is for Singaporeans, PRs, and work permit holders who are already in Singapore. Previous Japanese restaurant experience is preferred.
