Assistant Gardener Private Advertiser location Auckland.
Fairview Lifestyle Village in Albany require an Assistant Gardener to join our team to assist with creating and maintaining the village gardens that enhance the lives of our residents.
You must be physically fit and have the ability to operate machinery and tools. Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain high standards. Enjoy working as part of a team. Have an affinity with the elderly. Have a good command of English, both written and verbal. Be willing to undergo a criminal history check. Be a New Zealand Resident or have a valid work visa.
Ideally you will have previous experience with green-keeping and landscaping, understanding of Health & Safety requirements in this field. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm. The industry is classed as an essential service.
