Now, we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Category Manager who’s ready to turn up the heat in our Product team.

As our new Assistant Category Manager, you’ll be the right-hand flame to our Category Manager – helping shape the ranges that end up in thousands of Aussie backyards. You’ll get hands-on with new products, work closely with suppliers, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain legends to bring our strategies to life.

It’s a role for someone who loves a mix of detail and creativity – one day you’ll be crunching numbers, the next you’ll be briefing a new season launch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting category strategy to grow sales, profit, and customer smiles
Owning product data (you’ll become best mates with Excel & Navision)
Working with suppliers to get the latest and greatest products to market
Teaming up with Marketing to bring new ranges to life in catalogues, POS, and online
Helping make our annual Conference a hit with suppliers and new product showcases
Analysing sales & consumer insights to spot what’s hot (and what’s not)
What We’re Looking For

A “can-do” team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail – you’ll notice what others miss
Confident communicator – you’ll be chatting with suppliers, stores & cross-functional teams
Retail, e-commerce or product admin experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with data and reporting)
Intermediate Excel skills
A passion for products and helping shape what’s on offer to our customers
