Reporting to the General Manager Finance - Retail, this role supports the Retail Finance team in the delivery of budgets, projections and month-end and maintaining high standards of sales and cost reporting across the business.

Responsibilities include assist with budgeting and forecasting. Assist in the accurate tracking and reporting of key costs. Preparation of month-end journals. Preparation of monthly reconciliations. Continuously improve procedures, systems and activities to help drive efficiency improvements across the team.

Skills + experience tertiary education in Accounting or 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Retail experience an advantage but not essential. A strong practical knowledge of accounting systems, including Excel. Great communication skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and continually looks for opportunities to improve and grow. Go getter with a positive attitude is a must.
