Assistant Accountant Hays Accountancy and Finance location Sydney, North Shore and Northern Beaches. Your new company established in 1982, this wholesale sales B2B company is at the forefront of innovative products. Its support office is located on the Northern Beaches within a walking distance from the Warringah Mall Westfield. Your new role you’ll be a part of a fast-paced finance department in a varied and multifaceted role. You will be responsible for cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, including all-round accounting and administrative duties. Working closely with the finance manager to ensure all operations are executed and effectively managed is a key component of the position. What you'll need to succeed you will have at least two years’ experience as an assistant accountant with an ability to learn quickly and have advanced skills in Microsoft office and excel. Other key requirements for the position include proficiency in communication skills, attention to detail and working well in a team. You will ideally have an Accounting degree to further assist with the position. The ability to use Phocas and Sage will also be highly regarded.
