Assistant Pet and Vet (Milford) Ltd location Auckland. Salary $15 - $24.99 per hour.

We are on the search for someone who shares our standards, love of animals and wants to be part of one of the Best Catteries in Auckland. A mature and exceptional person is required to join our cattery team. It requires a lot of 'hands on' work assisting with our feline guests. Someone local would be ideal for this role.

This role is not suitable for students as you need to be available during the week and mornings. This position requires 100% flexibility as to the days you can work (usually from 7:30am to lunchtime approx) & this must include weekends as well as public holidays, (including Christmas), which are our busiest periods. At Pet & Vet we offer I-131 Radioactive Iodine treatment, which helps cats with Hyperthyroidism, - training will be provided in this area.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work well within a team. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Self-motivation and initiative. The ability to work hands on with cats including confidence in medicating and cleaning their areas. A genuine love for cats and their well being.
