Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist at our Sydney location, employed on a Full-Time basis.
The Position:
Develop and manage schedules for planned, reactive, and follow-on maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity
Coordinate service and vendor partners for timely task execution and resolution
Submit and manage purchase orders in real-time, maintaining clear audit trail
Keep the Asset Register current with updates across sites, portfolios, and evolving infrastructure needs
Support continuous improvement initiatives (CIPs) and respond to shifting requirements with agility
Govern all day-to-day asset planning tasks and scheduling operations efficiently
Lead supplier governance activities, including recurring meetings and performance reviews

Minimum Criteria:
Experience in facilities planning, scheduling, and asset lifecycle management within complex environments
Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance software (e.g., Maximo, SAP, MS Project)
Exceptional coordination and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-compliance setting
Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate across operational teams
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, data integrity, and performance outcomes
