We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Asset Integrity Manager to take ownership of inventory accuracy and control processes across both retail and non-retail sites. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability of stock data, enhancing inventory management systems, and driving operational excellence through robust reporting and data-driven insights.
Your Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate physical inventory counts and stocktakes across retail and non-retail locations
Review, develop, and implement inventory management processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
Analyse stock movement data to identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities
Prepare and distribute variance, shrinkage, and management information (MI) reports to key stakeholders
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
Provide actionable insights to support asset protection and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Proven experience managing multiple stock management systems and tools across complex operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Strong ability to present data and findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to problem-solving
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
