About the role this is a role with a real difference. Not only joining NZ Police, but being part of a small, established team who attract, recruit and on-board candidates into Arms, Safety and Control related positions around the country.
This position will see you working across different streams within the work group to provide support , reporting and administration assistance where it's needed .On any given day this may see you working with multiple stakeholders pulling together data for reports , supporting recruiters with phone or computer-based tasks as well as being accountable for updating trackers and databases.
With the huge variety of daily tasks, it's a given that you have established a strong skill set across broad administration functions and be savvy across Word and Excel packages. Keeping minutes for meetings, formatting documents supporting the triage of a busy group inbox will all fall into your remit.

Key accountabilities a variety of computer-based tasks , administration, and support tasks. Pulling data , and creating documents utlising Word and Excel. Managing bespoke databases , supporting with data audits. Format emails and correspondence. Be able to utilise Mana uplifting techniques in all your interactions.

Skilled in database management , data extraction and reporting. High levels of initiative and the confidence to solve problems and make decisions in real time. A great eye for detail and overall sound computing skills.
