Responsibilities responsible for daily operations of social or game apps and complete the company's operational goals as scheduled, conduct marketing and co-promotion, tracking operational data, analysing, summarising and improving operational strategies based on data, optimise the promotion plan and increase app's conversion rate and payment rate based on different user groups, focus to current industry market, conduct competitor analysis, including product analysis, channel analysis and operational strategy analysis, and regularly issue operational optimisation plans, relevant work such as evaluation and tracking of online and offline activities. Requirements more than 2 years of social or game related operation experience, proficient in workflow of app promotion and operation, proficient in data analysis and familiar with user behavior, understand mobile app market trends and related industry trends.
