About the Role
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work closely with our Physiotherapy and Allied Health teams to provide hands-on clinical support within a Residential Aged Care setting. Under the guidance of a qualified Physiotherapist, you will assist in delivering tailored therapy programs, mobility support, and rehabilitation activities.
These roles are across various Homes in Sydney Central region with Permanent Part Time or Full Time positions available.

Key Responsibilities
Support physiotherapy and allied health programs under supervision
Assist residents with mobility, exercise, and rehabilitation activities
Prepare therapy spaces and equipment for sessions
Escort residents to and from therapy areas
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
Assist with administrative tasks, referrals, and scheduling
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care

You are a caring and motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in aged care or a similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A team-focused approach with a positive attitude
