Airport Identity Card Administrator CAA or Avsec location Auckland.

We are looking for someone to join the Airport Identity Card (AIC) team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an opportunity for someone to learn all aspects of the management of airport identity cards (AICs), temporary airport identity cards (TAICs), and Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA) security checks.

You will enjoy working as part of a team; you'll have strong customer service, analytical and administration skills, ability to multitask and be organised. A keen eye for detail is essential. The position is based in the AIC office at Auckland International Airport. Hours of work are 0730 - 1600hrs (8.5 hours per day) Monday to Friday.

Main duties and responsibilities processing permanent and temporary identity card applications and RACA screening requests in a timely manner using AirportGateway (AGW). Providing advice and assistance to employers and applicants on all things relating to AIC and RACA screening requests. Troubleshooting by investigating issues raised by users of AirportGateway.

Responding to emails. Liaising with external agencies as required. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A full list of responsibilities can be found in the position description attached.

Skills and experience required a minimum of 5-6 years relevant administrative experience. Knowledge and/or experience using AirportGateway an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skill and a customer service focus. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Highly organised, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
