Administrator Presbyterian Support Northern location Auckland.

Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN) is one of New Zealand’s largest not-for-profit organisations in the social services and health sectors and the parent brand for some of New Zealand’s best-known support services - Shine, Family Works Northern, Lifeline, and Enliven.

As an Incorporated Charitable Trust we employ over 1,000 people across our organisation who help deliver our community, social, health and disability services and support to some of our most vulnerable people.

We are looking for a strong Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience to ensure our team, managers and both services are effectively supported.  You will be supporting two of our services. This is a pivotal role in our dedicated team, so we need to know you have.

Comprehensive computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focus. Database experience with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to assist in training new staff using our client database system

The ability to multi-task and problem solve. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Good working knowledge of confidentiality and privacy principle. And a ‘can do’ attitude. An interest in Social Services in preferred.
