Administrator Presbyterian Support Northern location Auckland.
Family Works Northern is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to support our Family Works Te Hononga team based in Manurewa in providing child and family services to the community.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role manages receptionist and administrative responsibilities and is pivotal to the effective functioning of the site and the team. We're looking for someone with proven experience in reception and administration.
Interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of people. Comprehensive IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office. Attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Great written and communication skills.
Have a reliable car and a current full or restricted NZ driver’s license (with no additional conditions) The role offers 20 hours per week. Specific days and times will be decided by mutual agreement.
