People and Capability Administrator NZCU Baywide location Hawkes Bay.

We are on the lookout for an experienced P & C Administrator to provide administrative support to the P & C team in all areas including recruitment, on-boarding, health and safety, policy maintenance, IR/ER issues, performance and remuneration reviews and more. Based in our new state of the art building in Hastings, this is a full-time permanent role working from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The role this role is responsible for delivering excellent service in all areas of P & C administration functions, offering vital support to the team and wider organisation.

What are we looking for a minimum of three year’s experience in an HR/P & C role. A motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, deadline focus, self-motivation & good decision making skills. Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously and keep a calm head under pressure. A good sense of humour.
