About the role we are looking for an ideal candidate to join us as an Administrative Officer.  As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to all the departments. The role involves organizing office operations and procedures, preparing reports, and coordinating administrative projects. The administrative Officer will also be responsible for maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing schedules and as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Key responsibilities assist with administrative projects, including organizing files and preparing reports. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments. Manage correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails and letters. Maintain and update databases, including contact lists and project tracking systems.

Provide support to the department in various tasks and projects. Assist with recruitment and on boarding processes, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members. Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc). Respond to inquiries of employees and provide administrative support.

Key requirements bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Intrinsically driven, empathetic and high levels of emotional intelligence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
