Administrative Officer Mercy Health location Melbourne.

Summary of the role we are seeking passionate and motivated administrative officers to join our Patient Services Team in the HITH Program and understand the importance of high quality administrative support and person centred care in a dynamic environment. There will be 7 days per week cover. The role is responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative and reception duties in the area including supporting the patient journey and the admission and discharge of patients via the patient management system iPM. It will also support the required data collection and monthly reporting requirements.

1.59 EFT, AM shift (8 hour) 7 days per week, HS1 Classification, Flexibility to change days and increase hours to cover leave, Commence February 2023.

About you experience working in a customer facing, fast paced and dynamic environment (essential). Demonstrated administrative skills, including experience with patient management systems (essential). Strong customer service focus and excellent conflict resolution skills. A motivated and “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile. To meet deadlines, prioritise and work as an efficient team member. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion.
