Temporary Full-Time up to 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension, location Chullora.

About School infrastructure NSW School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

About the role provide administrative support services to facilitate the effective operation of the Chullora Warehouse. Responsibilities include maintenance of shared mailboxes, systems and registers and other general administrative duties to support the effective function of the distribution of logistical good across NSW schools.

Essential requirements of the role demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

Key knowledge and experience in providing high quality, customer focused administrative support in a fast paced, collaborative team environment. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Desirable experience in a logistics/warehouse environment.

Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

About you we are seeking an energetic Administrations Support Officer to join our Chullora Warehouse team. You’re experienced and technically sound in all things administration and will perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to collecting information, preparing documentation and correspondence, financial transactions such as raising and receipting of purchase orders; and preparation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes and event coordination.

As the first point of contact you will manage enquiries and work closely with clients and staff at all levels of the organisation. You are someone who thrives on multi-tasking whilst managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment is task orientated and possess experience working with various system applications including word processing, data entry and spreadsheets.
