Administration Officer Herron Todd White location Sydney, North West & Hills District. We are seeking a passionate administration professional to work in our team on a 12 month contract.  This role is responsible for entering valuation jobs into our valuation system and ensuring all the correct documentation is included in the file.  The role will also be a back up to booking valuation appointments with our clients.  It is a fast paced role that requires drive and enthusiasm to meet the quality and service needs of our varied clients. Who range from direct customers, real estate agents, financial institutions and many more. You will need great communication skills, previous office experience working in a team environment, strong data entry and administration experience, organisation and attention to detail skills, a love for learning, a good knowledge of computers and software packages, experience working to deadlines, to enjoy working under time pressure, to be adaptable to varying tasks and requirements, to have strong organisation skills, have initiative, well-developed data entry skills, to be a fast learner and able to multi task, if you have office adminstration experience and a real drive to succeed this role will suit you. You will need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment where contributing to a team has been part of your day. Previous experience in a property related role is highly desirable. You must have worked in an office environment previously and be able to work in Australia permanently.
