Administration Officer Vital Chemical location Brisbane. $27 – $30 per hour.

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our well-respected, industry leading company. This role will be based at our Head Office in Darra. However, may also require working from our secondary location in Seventeen Mile Rocks.

Role duties assist with order management and external logistics including processing orders through Xero and booking external freight. Update dispatch tracker, scan and upload all customer paperwork into Xero. Assist with processing paperwork for turnkey applications. Print product labels.

Receive incoming goods inwards paperwork, scan and upload. Assist the Finance department with Accounts Payable and Receivable duties. Credit card reconciliation. Taking minutes for meetings. Provide general administrative support to Management team. General housekeeping duties to maintain the office.

Requirements for this role include completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience in a similar role within the transport, warehousing, or manufacturing industries would be beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of administration procedures. Competent in computer and typing skills. Competent using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Xero experience is desirable however not a requirement. Driver's License.
