We are looking for an Administration/Office manager to join our friendly team on a part time basis of 25 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Skills & experience the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in administration and have the following skills. Great attention to detail. Be able to work autonomously, Be organized. Have experience in Xero. Have MS Office Suite skills.

Tasks entering bills on Xero. Setting up batch payments of bills. Payroll including STP and Superannuation, BAS preparation, Invoicing clients, Preparing delivery documentation, General office management.

This job might suit a person wishing to work school hours.
