Administration and Office Support Private Advertiser location Melbourne.
Successful and fast growing Footwear Importer selling to retailers across Australia and via online shop is seeking a motivated mature individual who is looking to take on a permanent part-time role.
You will be responsible for the following creating, coding, naming new products, New product costings. Collating and processing customer orders and reporting. Liaising with overseas suppliers. Invoice processing. Processing (TT) - International Telegraphic Transfer payments. Raising (LC's) - Letter of Credits. Dealing in foreign exchange currency & correspondence. Dealing with freight forwarders and tracking shipments and documentation, Stock receipting data entry. General office duties.
Additional Requirements Excel, Word & Outlook experience essential. Solemate Warehousing Computer System (in-house training will be provided). MYOB experience desirable but not necessary.
