Role overview in this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, undertaking tasks such as providing invaluable support to our Accounts Manager. Assisting our Directors with their daily tasks. Skillfully managing Consent Applications from start to finish. Coordinating meetings and capturing important minutes. Extending a warm welcome to guests and ensuring their needs are met.

Maintaining meticulous document control and filing systems. Facilitating smooth client and staff onboarding processes. Tackling general administration duties with efficiency. Upholding our commitment to quality control in all aspects of our work. Managing office supplies to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning. Offering assistance to our exceptional team whenever and wherever needed.

Ideal candidate we're in search of an individual with previous experience in a dynamic office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office administration systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. A passion for delivering exceptional administrative support.

This role is new and will continue to evolve, working around the skills and experience you bring to the team. You will have the chance to make the role your own. We want someone who has great ideas, can make continuous improvements, and has initiative. A part-time role could be considered.
