The opportunity we are looking for an experienced and high performing Admin Assistant to provide operational administrative support to the Systems Group. As an incredibly complex organisation of over 17,000 employees, it is crucial that you can effectively manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality, team-based administrative support and delivery of services in a timely, accurate, reliable and effective manner to support the team’s strategies and guiding principles. You will be responsible for providing seamless support across the Systems Group, including diary management, travel arrangements, facilitating meeting logistics in Microsoft TEAMS, preparing written communications and more general operational support. Location is negotiable from one of over 130 TAFE NSW locations across the State.

In your application, you will need to demonstrate exceptional time management and multitasking skills. The ability to work in a very busy and fast paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to gain support and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organisation. A can do positive attitude. Your ability to be self-directed and accountable.
