Admin Support Counties Power Ltd location Auckland.

Reporting to the Senior Admin Support, you will be a self-starter, able to manage and deliver multiple tasks on time and to a high standard.  This is a varied role and although you will have set daily tasks to attend to, often no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support, procurement of PPE gear, co-ordination of customer projects and liaising with customers, provide reception cover as needed and much more.

Ideally you will have 5+ years’ experience in customer service and administration within a service delivery organization. Customer centric service, underpinned by commitment to balancing the needs and wants of customers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. IT literate and high level of confidence in using Microsoft Office suite.

Clear, consistent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Process improvement experience is advantageous. Relevant qualification in Business or related area (preferred, but not essential).
