As our Admin/Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience the whole e-commerce process from handling the orders to managing deliveries. You will also get to learn how online marketing works through various marketing strategies and tactics. Part-timers are welcome. Possible roles and responsibilities taking offline orders and handling online orders, communicating between florist and customers, handling chat platforms such as emails, calls and whatsapp, issuing invoice and payment links, handling complaints/customer enquiries, managing company's social media platforms and website, manage drivers and planning delivery schedule, finding suppliers for products/services, any other job-related responsibilities. Requirements proficient in english - writing & speaking, good communication & negotiation skills - able to handle complaints / requests efficiently, able to adapt quickly to new environments, fast learner with positive and enthusiastic attitude, practical skills to solve problems quickly, able to work under stressful situations. Additional Information immediate 5.5 days work week (monday to friday 8:30am-5:30pm, sat 8:30am-1pm / 1pm-5:30pm / sun 8:30-1). Part-time schedule can be negotiated
