Admin Assistant Private Advertiser location Brisbane.

Securcom is a leading Queensland owned, specialist electronic security solution provider and we currently have a position available for an Administration support officer to meet growing customer commitments based out of our Brendale office. We are currently seeking a proactive hardworking individual to immediately join our Admin team.

In this position you will be responsible for though not limited to service Department support, Scheduling. Client communications, including email and telephone enquiries. Provide administrative support as needed. General Admin Duties - filing, record keeping etc. The ideal candidate will possess the following.

Experience with customer service 2-3 years minimum experience in Admin. Confident communication skills both written and verbal. High level of organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and effectively manage and prioritise tasks. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office especially Excel and Word), prior knowledge of Simpro is highly sort though not essential. An ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. We are offering a full-time position with working hours between 8.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hrs a week with one RDO a month. Remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
