Accounts Receivable Officer Mahindra AG and Auto Australia location Brisbane. Salary $50,000 - $54,999. The role the accounts receivable officer liaises with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, assists with daily administrative duties and general accounting tasks and is required to support to the rest of the Accounts team. Key Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to assisting with generating invoices and issuing account statements, process daily banking, allocating accurately, performing customer account reconciliations, responsible for calling and following up unpaid accounts, tracking follow ups relating to payment of outstanding invoices, keeping constant open communication with customers regarding queries and all issues with their accounts, ensure that prompt responses are given, and all issues are dealt with quickly and effectively, producing weekly and monthly reports for management on debtor status and raising credit concerns, handling new customer administrations, maintain all accounts receivable records, reports, spreadsheets and files, assist the accounts team with general accounting tasks and administrative duties, You to be considered for this role you are required to have a demonstrated ability in the following skills and attributes demonstrated experience in a high volume accounts environment, demonstrated proficiency using microsoft office suite, experience delivering quality customer service and using initiative to manage difficult situations, responding promptly to stakeholder needs in a professional and timely manner, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently working as part of a team and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, capable of quick data entry, monitoring work to ensure quality and verifying information for accuracy and relevance, ability to develop and review accounts receivable processes for improvement, excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines and effectively manage priorities, automotive experience and previous exposure to sap an advantage.
