The Company FourQuarters is exclusively engaged with a national Logistics and Supply Chain company with their HeadQuarters based on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD. This well-established business is the market-leading organisation in its field and is known for its dynamic and friendly/fun staff culture.

This role is looking for someone to start immediately and will be 12 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will also require you in the office 5 days until you have passed probation.

The role you will be a part of a medium-sized Accounts Payable team and will be involved with the end-to-end process reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in minimum 3-4 years in end-to-end Accounts Payable experience - preferably in a high volume role for a large company with National accounts. Processing international invoices. Confident in using Excel such as V-Look up, Pivot Tables and H-Look ups. Strong stakeholder management and influence vendor reconciliations. Ensure payments are made promptly. Supplier onboarding. Bank reconciliations. Reimbursements and Refunds. Used Oracle Fusion (is desirable but not essential).

The person have a Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or similar subject, Be a team player, Deadline driven, Customer service focussed. Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload. Analytical – high attention to detail. Adaptability – the ability to embrace change. Experience in a high-volume environment. Ability to work autonomously.
