Accounts Payable Officer Mars Recruitment location Sydney. $40 - $45 p.h.

Our client, a government organisation is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer with experience in using Exflow/D365 to join them on a temporary contract for 4 months. This role is designed to carry out daily accounts payable processing and related tasks with precision and timeliness.

Key responsibilities perform balance sheet account reconciliation related to AP accounts. Assist with month end process. Validation and clearance of scanned invoices. Manage full end to end accounts payable tasks from invoices matching, posting to payment. Run fortnightly payment for the currencies assigned. Perform month end vendor reconciliation. Manage the cash flow of bank accounts for A/P payment.

Key requirements must have experience in using Exflow / D365. Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Bank reconciliation processes. Excellent attention to detail.
