Accounts Payable Officer. Immediate start on temp to perm basis. Join the small finance team of a multinational organisation. Randstad has partnered with a multinational organisation based in Pyrmont to find an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for two years relevant experience in Accounts Payable. SAP experience preferred. Intermediate Excel Skills. Immediately available. Full-time work rights.

Benefits full time temp to perm role, $35/hr - $38/hr + Super, Immediate Start, Pyrmont Location, Potential to extend.

Responsibilities posting of invoices into SAP and payment processing. Prepare vendor reconciliations on a monthly basis. Support internal and external audits as required. Cash flow forecast on planned receipts/payments. Daily cash clearing and bank reconciliations. Claims processing for all staff & consultants. Credit cards management. Tax payments processing. Processing customer rebates. Perform ad-hoc dutie.
