Accounts Payable Officer. Subiaco, Perth WA. $45 – 55PH + Super. Ongoing contract for 10 months with the possibility of extending. 2 days in office and 3 days from home, with flexibility to accommodate alterations. Parking on site – Close to cafes and shops.

About the role and client our client who is an owner operator within the mining sector is seeking an Accounts Payable processor. This position is based 2 days at their Subiaco office and 3 days working from home. Flexibility to accommodate specific alterations in the number of days in office due to operational needs when it is necessary.

Within this position you must have experience using SAP and Ariba. Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Express excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resolve outstanding pending/blocked AP transactions. Registering, verifying, and processing incoming Account Payable invoices with a timely manner.

Proven experience doing reconciliation Statements and GRIR cases. Run reports for AP data analysis. Benefits work from home options available. $45  $55 PH + Super. Work close to city with local cafes and shops near by. Monday to Friday position with occasional overtime. Parking on site.

Skills and requirements at least 3-5 years experience working in an Accounts Payable job. Current Australian Drivers Licence and own reliable transport. Ability to work from home and in the office. Flexibility on days working in the office and at home. Experience with systems such as SAP and Ariba (essential). Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (essential). National Police Clearance.
