Key Responsibilities & accountabilities accounts Payable. Be the first point of contact for all internal and external accounts payable queries. Process of payments ensuring compliance to delegation of authority, coding, and approvals. Regular review of outstanding liabilities (i.e., Aged Creditor review).

New supplier and change supplier process, including ABN review. Corporate credit card transactions using dedicated systems. Be involved with various finance and process improvement projects.

Payroll employee expense transactions including interface to payroll reimbursements. Calculate and process payroll adjustments to ensure the accurate administration of salary, associated claims, industrial award entitlements within legislation and policy. Process complex and special conditions of employment, payroll, reconciliations which may include payroll variations and accurate payments.

About You 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable functions in a medium to large organisation, we will provide training for Payroll if required. Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or similar favourably regarded. Involvement in finance-related process improvement projects highly regarded.
