Your new role reporting to the financial controller, you will take ownership of the full accounts payable function. Day to day your duties will include 3 way matching of invoices to purchase orders, ensuring appropriate approvals for no PO invoices are obtained prior to making payments, coding invoices in a timely manner, processing weekly payments, month end supplier reconciliations, managing credit card expenses.

The successful applicant will hold the following skills and/or experience levels, minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable processing experience, exposure to a large ERP system such as Apparel 21, SAP or Harmony, a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable you to liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders.
