The organisation our client is seeking an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer to commence this week. You will be a part of a supportive team environment on a temporary basis, ongoing for the right person.

Reporting to the National Finance Manager, in a team of 4 the Responsibilities matching, batching & coding of invoices. Processing of high volume of invoices on weekly basis. Liaising with key decision makers across the business.

Managing the AP inbox and responding or escalating supplier queries. Management of supplier details including updating banking details. Preparing monthly payment runs & monthly supplier reconciliations. Support month end reporting when required.

The Ideal candidate the successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; which will not be limited to has prior 2-3 years experience within a Accounts Payable Officer position or similar. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. High attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt and learn.
