An exciting opportunity is has arisen for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join a dynamic and results-driven team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position offers you the chance to evolve into a junior Accountant, providing a pathway to master the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.

This role promises a rich learning experience, including efficient processing and reconciliation of invoices. Maintaining relationships with both local and international suppliers.

Managing and updating database ensuring vendor details are accurate. Creating sales contract and inventory invoices. Support month end reporting. Performing miscellaneous financial tasks as needed.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 1-2 years experience working in a large organisation in accounts payable. You will also have exceptional communication skills, a strong motivation to learn, attention to detail, and value working in a cooperative and driven team environment.
