About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payments, contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the end-to-end payables process, including invoice coding, verifying approvals, and processing in Xero and MYOB through to payment
Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance team
Prepare ad hoc related reports and tasks as required
Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing activities
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient invoice approvals and workflows

What we require from you:

Basic understanding of the Accounts Payable and purchases transaction stream
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
Aptitude for numbers
Be well organised
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
Ability to manage time and priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A basic understanding of GST
