Exciting opportunity to join top ASX50 Property Group with exceptional development opportunities. The Finance/AP Officer will assist in managing the portfolio's financial obligations including oversight of invoices and payments as well as ad hoc financial administration duties

Your day-to-day be responsible for the day-to-day management of purchase orders and invoices for large portfolios. Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests promptly and accurately. Raising purchase orders including recurring service contracts and statutory expenses. Coding invoices and reconciling vendor accounts.

Identifying gaps between invoice and purchase order. Liaising with centre management teams and vendors to investigate and close the gaps. Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related inquiries. Assist in budget and forecast process.

Who you are 12months+ experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Officer or Accounts Clerk. Sound knowledge and good understanding of accounting principles, e.g. accrual accounting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
