ACCOUNT MANAGER (B2B)
Looking for an exciting career challenge, with interesting work and a great culture – but you prefer a remote set-up? This this newly created role in Account Service at one of Australia’s most highly awarded Loyalty agencies is for you!

Working with a blue-chip client list, you’ll help develop and deliver a range of rewards, promotions and loyalty programs. You’ll work closely with the client to understand and scope the business problem, and then keep them updated and across the project as it progresses. The work includes the development of Apps, websites and other loyalty portals, so you’ll also collaborate with the . Technology team to manage the delivery of the tech solutions. You’ll also work on creative campaigns, with a strong skew to eDMs, and will manage the execution of these end-to-end. With excellent project management skills, you’ll ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget and generates the best commercial outcomes for clients.

Ideally your background will include at least two years’ experience in the Loyalty, Rewards or Advertising space, and you’ll be able to work autonomously managing campaigns. You should be very comfortable with technology and know how to nurture strong client relationships. Most importantly you’ll be super organised and detailed.
