Airline Customer Service location Changi Airport / Changi Village, East. Job Type Contract. Company Name Confidential. Education Level Not Specified. Location changi airport, working hours 4 to 5 days per week (rotating shift hours), duration minimum 6 months (extendable), pay $10/hr, transportation provided (early morning/midnight shift), uniform provided. Job scope meet & greet passengers at self service kiosk, directing passengers & assisting passengers to the kiosk, providing guidance to passengers in the usage of the kiosk, gate duties, any other duties as directed by supervisor. Requirements singaporean only, able to commit to shift hours (even on weekends / public holiday), prior relevant experience in customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented.
