Customer Billing Specialist Debbie Graham and Associates Limited location Auckland.
Our client holds a unique position in the electricity market. They are looking to appoint an IT and Customer Billings specialist that has knowledge of finance and databases /SQL to assist moving to and testing the new system.
The role generating and checking customer bills and dealing with all queries, assist resolving problems with data and customer accounts, daily banking, provide network, computer and phone management support, Utilise database to run reports.
The person ideally have a financial background. Strong organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Must be numerate and enjoy working with Excel.
