Desktop Platform Engineer ACC location Wellington.

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Platform Engineer to provide our business users with both remote and onsite support and to maximise value out of the use of devices and services our Digital Workspace team provide.
About your customers are at the forefront of everything you do. You're all about delivering a great service through projects, training and tasks. You'll be part of the Desktop Platform Support team responsible for support to our business users providing both remote and onsite support (Level 1 and 2 incident management) and supporting all devices within our Digital Workspace including our applications. You're someone who is customer centric and enjoys providing face to face training to our end-users and pride yourself in first class support and training for hardware and software.
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role ideally at least three years supporting Windows 10, Intune and Office 365 at an enterprise level. Experience with Power Shell, SCCM & Intune within large enterprise environments, as well as experience with Application support and Application packaging tools.
Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management, planning, configuration, and management of Azure Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS). Experience supporting Windows 10 and Mobile Operating Systems. Experience configuring and supporting Office 365 workloads such as OneDrive for Business and delivering Office 365 solutions. Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting, Exchange Online, MS Teams, Skype for Business (messaging and telephony) and Microsoft Teams.
