About the team

You’ll be part of the Design Services team within Marketing, working closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Brand, Trading and other teams across the business. The team delivers creative and digital design solutions across a range of campaigns and channels, helping bring marketing activity to life through engaging, accurate and brand-aligned content. You’ll work alongside experienced designers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, creativity and collaboration are key.

About the role

As a Digital Designer, you’ll create and adapt high-volume digital campaign assets across EDMs, websites, landing pages, social media, paid advertising and other online channels. Working from approved briefs, campaign concepts, templates and design systems, you’ll take digital assets through production, stakeholder review, quality assurance and final delivery. You’ll work across multiple briefs and brands, ensuring all content is visually engaging, technically accurate, optimised for its channel and delivered within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

Create and adapt digital assets across EDMs, websites, social media, landing pages and paid advertising.
Roll out creative across formats, brands and channels, ensuring work is accurate, on-brand and optimised for digital use.
Build and test EDMs using Mailchimp or similar platforms, including links, imagery, content and responsive layouts.
Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback and approvals through Workfront or similar systems.
Complete quality checks and basic HTML/CSS updates, escalating technical issues where required.
Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Brand and Trading teams to deliver campaigns on time.

Who are we looking for?

3+ years’ experience in digital design, graphic design or digital production; relevant design qualification desirable.
Strong digital design skills across EDM, web, social and online advertising.
Intermediate/advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, with experience in Figma, Canva and Mailchimp.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design and digital asset optimisation.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with retail, eCommerce or in-house experience highly regarded.
Experience with Workfront, CMS platforms, digital asset libraries or working across multiple brands will be advantageous.
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
