Management Accountant Skymax Australia location Sydney. Based in North Manly, SkyMax offers a comprehensive range of Opening Roof Systems (and Shade Structures) to a variety of customers in industries including construction, hospitality, health, education and councils.

To meet the demands of the business, this Northern Beaches based company is seeking an experienced and proactive Management Accountant to join our team. The role will support sales & operations in driving productivity and cost efficiency across the organisation. The role is broad in its responsibilities and includes daily account management, payroll, HR support, P&L reporting, balance sheet management and ad hoc daily administration duties. The success of this role will be underpinned by your ability to work in partnership with our director, providing key financial analysis and insights to improve outcomes for the business and customers alike.

In your new role you will support the drive to identify and implement initiatives that contribute efficiencies and profitability, manage all company payroll activities, assist with HR duties, support investment decisions by thorough data analysis and forecasting, manage of supporting systems including associated balance sheet accounts and advise managers of financial implications of business decisions, make recommendations regarding growth and profit.

You have a professional approach, supported by exemplary attention to detail, a positive attitude with an unquenchable appetite to learn and work with the team, the ability to work with all levels of the organization, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent skills in information technology and its application.

Your qualifications and experience relevant finance/accounting degree with minimum level of CPA/CA, appropriate professional qualifications, minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar commercial environment, demonstrated high-level analytical experience.
