Role definition to provide customer service support which includes handling of commuters’ feedbacks as well as liaising with the Authority and external vendor. To assist the Manager whenever necessary.

Responsibility ensuring that all tasks given are handled promptly and professionally, able to communicate and write effectively, able to work closely with the team and provide support when necessary, able to manage emotion well, ability to multi task and take on additional tasks/roles.

Requirements diploma and above, minimum B4 grade in ‘O’ Level English, willing to learn and self-motivated computer literate, good interpersonal skills and a team player.
